Working closely with the National Commercial Director you will assist with the development and ongoing management of static and digital signage. The role will see you involved with lease negotiation and renewals, town planning applications and briefing of other experts to assist with development applications.

Key Accountabilities include:
• As required, negotiate with site owners/operators in for the provision of new advertising displays
• Develop and maintain relationships with site owners
• Prepare briefs and as required assist with directing consultants, such as solicitors, town planners, architects, or surveyors
• Process and track the signing of Commercial leases or licenses through the business
• Support tender preparations and expressions of interest documents
• Accurately maintain records and databases
• Facilitate all commercial updates to the Fusion management system maintaining data integrity
• Financial reconciliation of invoices, rental payments and support for billing and finance enquiries
• Stay actively involved with the marketplace and keep abreast of state/local policies/legislation changes

You’ll have come from a legal administration, town planning or property management background. Someone with exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills and a real team player. In addition to:
