POSITION DESCRIPTION

Position title:
  HR Administrator
Department: Human Resources
Reports to:  Senior HR Generalist



KEY OBJECTIVE
This role is responsible for the administration of HR clerical tasks such as updating internal HRIS database, maintaining employee documentation, and any ad hoc HR duties to assist HR Team.
 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 
•    Transferring files from server to HRIS database
•    Assist with branch creation of combined business, and employee allocation in HRIS
•    Ensuring documents and data are filled correctly and up-to-date 
•    Accurate maintenance of employee personnel records, ensuring legal requirements are met
•    Follow up missing documentation from managers and employees
•    Other HR and administrative related ad hoc duties

Internal Contacts - HR/Payroll Team
External Contacts - EnableHR Support

Essential
•    Accuracy and attention to detail
•    Strong organisational and planning skills to work in a fast-paced environment
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Confident and energetic individual, who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats
•    Ability to work within a team environment 
•    Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

EXPERIENCE
Essential
•    Proven work experience in general administration preferably as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant or relevant role
•    Computer literacy
 
Desirable 
•    HRIS database
