Position title:
  HR Administrator

Reports to: Senior HR Generalist


We’re on the lookout for a self-starting, and organised Human Resources Administrator to join our passionate and collaborative team. The role will see you supporting the full employee lifecycle and HR operations, providing you with great exposure across a wide range of areas such as recruitment, on-boarding/ offboarding, and generalist HR tasks.

  • Manage the day-to-day Human Resources administrative tasks
  • Recruitment support, including but not limited to; posting job advertisements, screening and shortlisting CV’s, scheduling interviews, conducting phone screens, references and relevant employment checks
  • Prepare and issue contracts, addendums and employment letters
  • Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Updating and maintaining HRIS
  • Accurate record keeping of employees’ personnel files, ensuring legal and auditing requirements are met
  • Management / triage of all incoming HR queries via the HR mailbox
  • Active participation in HR project work as required from time to time
  • Generate HR reports as requested


    You’ll have prior administrative experience, ideally within HR or Recruitment but this is not essential. You enjoy working in a fast paced and varied role and will have excellent attention to detail. In addition to:
    • Strong organisational and planning skills to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Intermediate to advanced skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise and multi-task
    • Effective and proven communication skills
