A new role, we are looking for a self-starting, and organised HR Advisor to join our passionate and collaborative team. The role will see you supporting the management HR operations and HR projects, and includes a wide range of generalist HR tasks.   • Manage the day-to-day human resources enquiries from employees and managers
  • Management of employee relations issues and industrial relations issues
  • Management of employee grievances and performance management cases
  • Management of immigration matters as required
  • Coordination of cyclical HR activities including but not limited to Pulse Surveys, Performance Reviews and Salary reviews
  • Drafting of policies, procedures and forms as required
  • Active participation in HR project work as required from time to time
  • Preparation of HR reports as requested

You’ll be someone who has demonstrated experience within a similar role, is a strong communicator and a real team player. In addition to:
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Psychology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
