THE OPPORTUNITY
The Insights and Strategy Specialist role will see you develop data-driven insights and strategic output to aid in generating sales revenue. Driving consistent innovation and best in class collateral/ brief responses and strategic initiatives.

Key Accountabilities:
• Work intimately with the sales teams on brief responses and drive the best in class insights and strategic output for agencies and clients
• Maintain relationships and driving insights and strategy with sales and wider teams
• Deliver consistent proactive approaches in consultation with sales staff to address revenue challenges and opportunities
• Work with agency contacts, direct clients and other external stakeholders to develop audience insights and strategies to best position JCDecaux as a strategic partner
• Utilise and become an expert on JCDecaux data sources, tools and systems in the generation of new and interesting insights and aid in creating innovative strategic output from these
• Support the Marketing team on new collateral and projects
• In-depth understanding of MOVE methodology across all formats to understand their best applications for the benefit of the business
• Collaborate with Research Analyst and other relevant stakeholders on qualitative/quantitative panel surveys
• Become the advocate and support marketing initiatives and educate sales teams when required

TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
You’ll be someone who has a strategic mindset who has a strong eye for design & high quality output. You be a comfortable and confident presenter who enjoys working with a cross section of stakeholders. As well as:
• Demonstrated experience in an insights/strategy role at a media agency, media owner or similar organisation
• Significant experience with media research tools such as MOVE, Roy Morgan
• Experience with large datasets
• Qualitative and Quantitative research experience
• Confidence in presenting complex data in a compelling and approachable way
• Client facing/agency facing experience
• Powerpoint and Excel
