This role will see you assisting the Technical Administration team with the operational administration, supporting the field and technical operations based in Port Melbourne. A busy yet varied role you will be the first point of contact for customers, clients and contractors.

• Ensure OH&S material is updated and issued to staff and contractors
• Manage the service desk for all problems and emergencies associated with the company’s street furniture
• Assist with the collation of information relating to street furniture and the production of weekly and monthly reports, as well as statistical analysis
• Maintain and update the organisations databases and spreadsheets
• Liaise with the digital Installation Manager and contractors to ensure that all repairs/ faults/ paperwork are carried out in a timely manner
• Liaise with the Electrical Connection Manager on the state of electrical connections
• Review contractor pricing and invoicing
• Raise purchase orders
• Carry out general administrative duties as necessary

You’ll have previous experience within an Administration function and be very clients focused. You’ll enjoy working across varied projects and thrive in a fast-paced administration focused role, as well as being organized and possess excellent time management skills. In addition to:
▪ Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook
▪ Self motivated
▪ Ability to work independently and within a team environment
▪ Previous construction or project experience is desirable but not essential
