As a Business Support Specialist, you’ll provide 1st and 2nd level application support to internal business stakeholders across our core business systems. A hands-on role which provides a blend of support across several of our business system implementations.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Work with business units to assist in the resolution of support requests
  • Primary contact/ help desk for systems and process queries
  • Responsible for inputting, updating and maintaining the data integrity of central records
  • Be a “super-user” of the Business Systems with a strong understanding of the relevant operations, procedures and policies to assist all users in their day to day routines as part of the Central Support Unit
  • Provide applications training to business users
  • Contribute to process improvements

Ideally, you’ll have prior systems experience, have excellent attention to detail and be used to
working to deadlines. You’re someone who is pro-active, upbeat, collaborative and enjoys working in a fun, but driven team environment. In addition to:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of relational databases, data flows, and data analysis
  • Prior experience in application support, systems analysis
  • Working with service desk application and service management environments
