The Role:
The Insights and Strategy Specialists key focus will be to develop data-driven insights and strategic output to aid in generating sales revenue for New Zealand This role will see you driving consistent innovation and best in class collateral/ brief responses and strategic initiatives.
A fixed term contract, you’ll be joining a fabulous team and will be a valued member of the Insights and Strategy team

▪ Maintain relationships and driving insights and strategy with sales and wider teams – presenting when required
▪ Deliver consistent proactive approaches in consultation with sales staff to address revenue challenges and opportunities
▪ Work with agency contacts, direct clients and other external stakeholders to develop audience insights and strategies to best position JCDecaux as a strategic partner
▪ In-depth understanding of Calibre methodology across all formats to understand their best applications for the benefit of the business
▪ Maintain and collaborate to develop new capabilities using the Calibre data
▪ Craft and analyse research surveys for clients and internal purposes using the New
Zealand insights community and collaborate with the AU Research Analyst and other
relevant stakeholders on qualitative/quantitative panel surveys
▪ Engage with, project manage and develop quality outputs with commissioned research
partners and initiatives
▪ Develop and maintain with collaboration with senior stakeholders the
research/insights/strategy roadmap

TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
You’ll be someone who has a strategic mindset who has a strong eye for design & high quality
output. You be a comfortable and confident presenter who enjoys working with a cross section
of stakeholders. As well as:
▪ Demonstrated experience in an insights/strategy role at a media agency, media owner
or similar organisation
▪ Significant experience with media research tools such as Nielsen CMI
▪ Experience with large datasets
▪ Qualitative and Quantitative research experience
▪ Confidence in presenting complex data in a compelling and approachable way
▪ Client facing/agency facing experience
▪ Powerpoint and Excel
