Max Charnin joins as Group Sales Manager, where he will be responsible for leading sales activity, maximising market share and growing revenue with key advertisers and media agency partners. He joins the business from Vodafone, where he was Digital Sales Lead, and has also worked in a range of media sales roles across New Zealand.

Paige Ngata has been appointed Direct Account Director. Having previously worked at Mediaworks NZ as Agency Sales Account Manager and QMS Media as an Account Manager and Sales Executive, Ngata brings a results-oriented, client-driven approach.

JCDecaux New Zealand Country Head Mike Watkins said: “These new sales appointments directly reflect our desire to continue to deliver outstanding results for our clients. Max’s knowledge of the media landscape, leadership credentials and proven results will position him well to continue to support us to drive the business forward. Stephanie, Kishan and Paige’s advertising and sales experience and sound understanding of what clients want will be an asset to our media agency partners and advertisers. We are looking forward to them joining the team.”

The appointments follow the recent hire of Matt Kum, who joined JCDecaux in the newly created role of National Sales Manager – Airport, and David Carran as Senior Account Director.

The new appointments are effective immediately.
