Retaining the Queensland Rail advertising contract, JCDecaux Australia is in the process of introducing a significant digital offering across the Brisbane CBD.
JCDecaux will launch a state of the art digital signage network in the very heart of Brisbane City's main train stations; Brisbane Central, Roma Street and Fortitude Valley. The new digital network will feature 17 high definition LCD panels in high traffic commuter concourse areas in these major CBD thoroughfares.
JCDecaux Australia CEO, Steve O'Connor said "Our considerable global experience has gleaned critical insight into how consumers embrace and engage with Digital out-of-home, its role in the media landscape of the future and most importantly, the effectiveness of this channel. As a result we have already invested significantly to transform our Citylights product in the highest footfall areas of the busiest Melbourne stations, it's exciting to announce we will soon be offering this in Brisbane as well".
JCDecaux continues to enable brands to reach valuable inner city audiences, those who are connected but often hard to connect with. Digital out-of home is an opportunity for even greater cut-through and message relevance and creativity. The Digital Citylights network adds a welcome new dimension to commuter targeted advertising, bringing immediacy, flexibility and topicality to the forefront of out-of-home.
